Time to unleash your creativity and a product, service, platform or concept which will delight users and enhance the mobile experience. 🙂 The 2008 MEX Design Competition is announced.

What is MEX
The MEX Design Competition challenges the world’s most talented designers, engineers and visionaries to unleash their creativity and show us a product, service, platform or concept which will delight their target users and enhance the mobile experience.

Deadline: for entries is 23:00 GMT, Friday, 2nd May 2008.

The contest comprises a simple, two-part challenge
1. Describe your target mobile user
Tell us who they are, how they spend their days, what they love and what they hate. It can be a real person or someone you’ve imagined, but we want to know what makes them unique.

2. Describe your product, design, service or idea
Create a PDF file which combines illustrations, screenshots and annotations to explain how your solution would improve the mobile user experience for your target user. Our panel of expert judges will be relying on the information in this PDF to review your entry, so we encourage you to make it as creative, graphical and detailed as possible.

initRIA – The Rich Internet Applications developer conference at Bangalore, India

initRIA is a day long developer conference of Rich Internet Applications enthusiasts organized by the Bangalore Flex User Group. This is the first conference dedicated to Rich Internet Applications in India. Very exciting 🙂 and seems to be great event as i talk with Mrinal Wadhwa . And happy to design the logo of initRIA 🙂 .
