Just design a beautiful Flash lite 1.1, Sakura, Screensaver 🙂 .
You can download full version here, have fun.
About Sakura
The cherry blossom (Sakura) is Japan’s unofficial national flower. It has been celebrated for many centuries and takes a very prominent position in Japanese culture.
here are many dozens of different cherry tree varieties in Japan, most of which bloom for just a couple of days in spring. The Japanese celebrate that time of the year with hanami (cherry blossom viewing) parties under the blooming trees.
Japan’s most beloved variety is the Somei Yoshino. Its flowers are nearly pure white, tinged with the palest pink, especially near the stem. The flowers bloom, and usually fall (or “scatter”, 散る [chiru], in Japanese) within a week, before the leaves come out. Therefore, the trees look nearly white from top to bottom.
Its really beautiful flowers 🙂

A new Chumby game: Click Stick Game v1.1 is released by Martin Selva.
Its very simple and clear and user (player) needs no brain .. Just Passion 😀
He requested user for testing this game on chumby device.
Chumby is a compact device with flash lite and it can act like a clock radio, but is way more flexible and fun. It uses the wireless internet connection you already have to fetch cool stuff from the web: music, the latest news, box scores, animations, celebrity gossip…whatever you choose. And a chumby can exchange photos and messages with your friends. Since it’s always on, you’ll never miss anything.
Its really a cool and addictive game 🙂

Subscribers with supported handsets can access and download Flash Lite content from five different categories via their Monternet service which is available through their phone’s web browser. With 350 million subscribers for China Mobile there’s a lot of opportunity for Flash Lite developers to sell their content to subscribers and we’re really excited about the opportunity in China for growing a Flash Lite ecosystem.”

Great news!! for Indian Flash lite developer as Adobe India is now more focus on developing mobile applications for the Indian cellphone market says , senior vice-president (print and classic publishing group) and managing director (India-R&D), Adobe Systems.
Do you see expanding applications for portable devices, like cellular phones and handheld games, that integrate flash technology being a big part of Adobe India’s forward strategy?
The only way to sell in India, today, is to get into mobiles. We have a young mobile and device team in Bangalore (which will be 50 people strong by year-end), that focuses on delivering solutions for mobiles. We will develop tools focused on Flash and PDF-based solutions to create compelling experiences on any non-PC device with a screen.
In the US, China and Japan, Adobe has been very active in the mobile space and we will be replicating the platform and business model in India too. In our latest results, mobile business has contributed about $13 million to the revenues.
Now future looks very promising for Indian flash lite developers. 🙂

Via Mariam “Youth-oriented mobile carrier Amp’d got their first smartphone today in the Motorola Q – but this isn’t quite the Q you know from Verizon and Sprint. Amp’d has completely redone the user interface in Adobe’s Flash Lite, into an animated carnival of … well, it looks a lot like Amp’d’s animated Amp’d Live interface on their other phones. The Q also plays Amp’d TV and all of Amp’d’s content – a real breath of fresh air compared to other carriers who don’t have versions of their popular entertainment apps for smartphones. And it’s still a Q, which means that you can send e-mail, sync with your PC, and maybe even get some work done.”
Amp’d’s Q will sell for $199 sometime in April. Get it at get.ampd.com.
Its really great to see Flash lite UI everywhere as designers can play a lot and create more interactive experiences.
